Start your first session with a light introductory workout with one of our expert trainers to discuss your training goals, injuries and make you familiar with the training.
Access our small group LAT LIFT sessions available Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday mornings.
Follow our expertly designed 3-day split program workouts that you practice for one month to maximise improvement and results.
Workouts can be modified to suit your individual goals or injuries.
Have the motivation, support and accountability from the expert LAT coaches each session.
