Do I need to book in for a class?

Yes, Covid has changed the way we have to record numbers and attendances. We need each client to reserve sessions prior to turning up to a session.


What app will i need to to reserve a class?

LAT uses a web based app that is easy for our clients to navigate and use to reserve/cancel classes and make payments and see attendance history etc. Please navigate to your app store and download the Momence Members app


Can I do a drop in class if I am visiting the area?

Yes, you are more than welcome to come join us for a group session. We would love to have you join in the fun. Our Drop in fees are $24 per individual class and you can purchase a drop in by visiting and purchasing a drop in class pass on our sign up page.


How can I cancel a reserved class after the 2 hour cutoff time?

If you are not able to cancel your reserved spot in the zen planner members app please send us a text on 0491 227 417 and we can remove you from the session on our end. This give our other possible waitlisted members time to get notified to that a spot has become available. We thank you for your consideration in this matter.


What happens if it is raining for outdoor classes?

On the odd occasion when wet or wild weather is upon us, please check the facebook page for advice on where to meet. https://www.facebook.com/groups/237807579761469


How do I put my membership on hold?

We understand that members need to hold their memberships for many reasons. Injuries, family commitments , work commitments etc. If you would like to put your membership on hold for a length of time more than one week, please email us at info@lifestyleadventuretrainining.com.au and let us know. Our billing cycles start on a Monday and finish on a Sunday. So if you would would like to hold your membership for a week or more please email us with as much advance notice as possible before the Monday that you would like the hold to start. Please note that we cannot do mid week holds and we cannot do indefinite holds. We must enter a start date and end date in our system. Towards the end of your hold, you will get an automated email to remind you when your membership cycle will begin again.


Do you have sign up fees?

We understand that that signing up can be a big commitment and that is why we do not charge sign up fees. We are here to make your healthy lifestyle as easy as possible without all the red tape.


Do you have locked in contracts?

LAT does not believe in locking you into a long and dubious contracts. We want you to stay with us because you love it and because you want to train with us and get the results you desire. You can cancel your membership at anytime by emailing us at info@lifestyleadventuretraining.com.au. All we ask is that you give us 2 weeks notice in writing via email. No questions asked. How do I get a FOB TAG for entry into the Gym?

If you are a valid LAT member you can go into Recreation Trackside and let them know you are a current LAT member and request your FOB Key in person.


How do I access the LAT Members Hub?

Our Members get exclusive access to a wealth of information and extras in the LAT Members Hub. You can access the hub on our website here https://lifestyleadventuretraining.com.au/latmembershub To gain access you will need a password which is found in our weekly member email update.
