Monthly scanning sessions
Body composition scans are available at our monthly group scanning sessions. Scanning sessions are booking window you can drop into. Your scan will take roughly 10 minutes. An explanation video and online Q&A session are available after your scan.

Scanning sessions are held at our training studio (TrainRec 24/7 gym) Level 1, 350 Hampton St. Hampton.
Private scanning appointments or group sessions are available upon request.
Requirements prior to your scan
Download the Evolt Active app
Prior to attending your assessment you are required to download the Evolt Active app. You can do so by visiting the 'App Store' on your mobile or tablet device. Please ensure you do this prior to your assessment.
The app will hold all your data from each assessment and you will be able to go back and review previous assessments and results.
Nutritional & exercise requirements
2-3 hours prior to your test:
- no eating
- no exercise or high exertion activity
- no caffeine or alcohol
30 minutes prior to your test:
- no water intake
