Workouts of the Week
Our Supervised Gym Training (SGT) workouts are strength based routines that can be completed at our studio or your home gym.
SGT workouts are created as four separate workouts of the week (WOW) with two rotations. Giving you an eight week strength training block. Each eight week block is created by a different expert LAT coach.
