Do I need to book in for a class? +

Yes, Covid has changed the way we have to record numbers and attendances. We need each client to reserve sessions prior to turning up to a session.


What app will i need to to reserve a class? +

LAT uses a web based app that is easy for our clients to navigate and use to reserve/cancel classes and make payments and see attendance history etc. Please navigate to your app store and download the Zen Planner Members app


Can I do a drop in class if I am visiting the area? +

Yes, you are more than welcome to come join us for a group session. We would love to have you join in the fun. Our Drop in fees are $24 per individual class and you can purchase a drop in by visiting and purchasing a drop in class pass on our sign up page.


How can I cancel a reserved class after the 2 hour cutoff time? +

If you are not able to cancel your reserved spot in the zen planner members app please send us a text on 0491 227 417 and we can remove you from the session on our end. This give our other possible waitlisted members time to get notified to that a spot has become available. We thank you for your consideration in this matter.


What happens if it is raining for outdoor classes? +
