Imagine 3 nights and 3 days to immerse yourself in the beauty of the Mornington Peninsula national park and all the peninsula has to offer. Enjoy 2 days and 58kms trekking with breathtaking views along rugged coastline and through beautiful national parks. Each evening you share stories of the day at our group dinners, while tasting local produce and wines at selected local eateries, before retiring to your renowned accomodation at the Peppers Moonah Links resort. Upon completing your two day trek, your final day is about rejuventation at the acclaimed Peninsula Hot Springs before returning home. The perfect long weekend escape.

  • We pride ourselves on being one of the best pre-departure fitness & conditioning providers.

  • Undertake 3-months of physical preparation training and conditioning to ensure you are ready for the trail. Training includes weekend hikes, group fitness and conditioning sessions and training programs to complete in your own time.

  • Meet, train, socialise and create friendships with your group prior to departure.

  • Support and guidance from LAT Training prior to departure.

Your Mornington Peninsula Trek itinerary 3 nights/3 days

Day 1 Thursday
- Arrive at Peppers Moonah Links Resort from 4pm for a 7pm group briefing. Followed by our welcome inclusive welcome dinner at the resort.
Day 2 Friday
- Arthurs Seat to Cape Schanck B, L (8 hours)
- Group dinner
Day 3 Saturday
- Cape schanck to Portsea (8.5hrs) B, L
- Group dinner
Day 4 Sunday
- Morning breakfast & Peninsula Hot Springs recovery. B
- Depart peninsula at midday or discover more of peninsula that afternoon.

Pre-departure fitness training & preperation
Don’t forget prior to departure we are here to ensure you are fit and ready for the Mornington Peninsula. Your 3 day adventure is preceeded with a 3 month pre-departure fitness training program and preperation with your group.
