The 12-week journey

First, we aim to build the foundations of quality training, incorporating basic exercises that cover all the major movements one will come across during their time in the gym.

Next, we begin to focus on how to progress these movements and learn how to handle weights in a safe and secure manner.

Finally, we provide an entry into more advanced lifting, so that once the program is finished the user can move onto more specific training relevant to their future endeavours.

Parents can sleep well at night knowing that their teens are not only getting the most out of their efforts, but are doing so safely.
